Rider
House is located close to the centre of Loughton, with its own pleasant
garden, and provides very sheltered accomodation for nine residents. We
recognise and accept the diversity of present day society and any
person of qualifying age (60 or over) whose current needs are suited to
the facilities offered by the home, is welcome to apply for
residence.

All applications are assessed for suitability. This includes
taking a full medical history. Potential residents have the
opportunity to spend a few nights at the home. It is important that the
applicant and the Trustees are mutually satisfied that a move to Rider
House is the right decision.
